Concert in the Park: Swingbillies of Boonetown

This eclectic acoustic duo pairs classically trained musicians with an improvised-music set list for a night of musical mastery. Relax in downtown Banner Elk to tunes set to guitar and fiddle.
The concert is part of the annual Concerts in the Park series, sponsored by the Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce. Each Thursday, local and regional bands play live music at Tate-Evans Town Park Amphitheater. The fun dance music — from Southern rock to oldies, soul and funk — is appropriate for all ages.
Food vendors set up on-site. Small picnic coolers are allowed, and beverages should be in plastic cups. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or a blanket. No pets allowed in the concert area.
