Winter Music Series – Mitchell Ferguson

Enjoy live music at Beech Mountain Resort with a Friday night installment of the Winter Music Series featuring Mitchell Ferguson.

Born and raised in Dallas, Ferguson is a country rock singer influenced by an eclectic range of musicians from the Foo Fighters to Willie Nelson to Stephen Sondheim to Lil’ Wayne. Back in December, Ferguson posted a satire video on social media of “Drink A Beer,” a mix of lyrics, guitar chords and jibberish that he said is how most country songs are born these days. The pseudo-song went viral, leading Mitchell to write and record an official version of “Drink A Beer” in January, which will likely be included in the setlist for this performance.

This show takes place at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Taproom and Grill in the Alpine Village at Beech Mountain Resort. Enjoy a freshly brewed pint and a bite to eat as you listen.
