The Not So Gala, Gala provides an intimate music experience minus the fancy clothing of a typical gala. Guests should dress casually for this special event featuring The Brothers Comatose, along with Liam Purcell & Cane Mill Road.
Hailing from the West Coast, The Brothers Comatose bring a signature blend of bluegrass, country and rock and are known for their lively performances and dynamic sound. The band has garnered widespread acclaim and built a loyal following across the Americana and bluegrass music scenes. Their stage presence and genre-defying music make them a must-see act.
Also performing are Liam Purcell & Cane Mill Road, an up-and-coming bluegrass band recognized for impressive musicianship and exciting live shows. With a style that blends traditional bluegrass and modern influences, their sound will complement the evening’s atmosphere.
Additional event highlights include a live auction with High Country auctioneer Jesse Miller. All proceeds benefit the Colon Cancer Coalition, supporting screenings and assisting families in need. The night also includes the presentation of KG’s Ripple Effect Award. Named for Kelly-Grier Costin, a member of the Beech Mountain Resort family who passed away in 2021 after a courageous battle with colon cancer, the award is given to someone who has shown remarkable strength, courage, and dedication to the colon cancer community, whether as a survivor, healthcare worker, or volunteer.
This show takes place at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Taproom and Grill in the Alpine Village at Beech Mountain Resort. Gala general admission tickets are $50, and VIP tickets are $150. VIP tickets include early admission and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Click here to purchase tickets.
